退換貨說明 Return instructions
依消費者保護法第19條第1項及第2項規定：
情趣用品與內睡衣屬「個人衛生用品」，並基於衛生問題、產品必須在未使用的狀況下(情趣商品屬於個人衛生用品，鑑賞期僅供您參考、觀賞、品鑑比較、商品包裝彩盒請勿拆封，一經拆封恕不退換經拆封使用無法接受退換貨)
在您收到貨品後如因非人為因素發現以下問題：
★ 商品瑕疵、配件不齊全、與訂購商品不符、運輸過程造成商品損壞、請您儘速通知本公司客服人員，我們會在最短的時間內為您提供換貨服務。
★ 退回商品必須是全新狀態(未經使用)且完整包裝( 包含商品、附件、包裝、及所有附隨物品 )，並請以原包裝箱寄回本公司地址否則恕不接受換貨。若有判斷出汗味、香水味、異味等情形，恕不接受退貨及退款。
★ 不良品.退還商品經過檢查與測試之後，若發現商品本身並無瑕疵，消費者必須負擔所有發生之相關來回物流處理費。
★ 因情趣商品屬個人衛生特殊商品，難已辨識使用與否，若非以上原因一經拆封恕不提供退換，且依據消費者保護法第十九條所訂之七天鑑賞期間將不再適用、趨時將無法為您辦理退換貨。
Defective product, incomplete accessories, the product is different from the ordered product, damage caused by transportation. please tell our customer service staff, we will provide you with a replacement service in the shortest time.
The returned merchandise must be brand new (unused) and fully packaged (including product, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying items), and please return it to our company address in the original box, otherwise, no exchange will be accepted. If there is sweat, perfume, peculiar smell, etc., returns and refunds will not be accepted.
After the returned products are inspected and tested, there is no problem with them. Consumers must bear all logistics processing fees.
Because sex products are special products for personal hygiene, it is difficult to identify whether they have been used or not. If it is not for the above reasons, no return or exchange of goods will be provided. According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, the seven-day cooling-off period will no longer apply and will not be able to return or exchange for you.
